If you are serving as a Reference for a nanny candidate, please determine if you are a childcare reference or a character/work reference:
If your experience with the nanny involves children in any way, use form #1. Interpret childcare broadly. Certainly, if the nanny babysat for you, worked as your nanny, watched your children as a daycare worker, taught one of your children in a Sunday School, Bible or Primary Class, coached your daughter's soccer team, etc., use form #1.
If the nanny candidate worked for you in a non-childcare job or if you are a character reference and the nanny has not provided childcare services for you, use form #2.
Choose one of the following two forms:
