Recommending a Nanny

We appreciate your willingness to serve as a character or work reference for one of our TSN nannies. Your recommendation is very important. The form requires about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. On a number of questions, you are asked to rate the nanny in terms of a specific attribute (such as reliability, honesty, etc.). Although the rating is important, what families really look for are comments to explain each rating. Anything you can do to explain a particular rating will be very helpful. Specific examples always help. Comments are as important for high ratings as they are for lower ratings.
Your responses will be kept private and will not be shown directly to the nanny you have recommended nor will unauthorized individuals have access to it. We will only provide a copy of your responses (along with responses from other references) to families who have registered with us and who are considering hiring that particular nanny.
