Fee Information for New York Employers (2005)

Placement Fee

Our total fee is $2300 with 50% of the fee due when the nanny accepts the position and the remaining 50% due within ten days of the nanny's start date. No placement is final until fee has been paid in full.

Registration Fee

We do not charge a registration fee for working through Tri-State Nannies, and our placement fee is applicable only if you choose a nanny through us.

Guarantee

If the nanny terminates employment without cause or is fired with cause during the first 90 days, Tri-State Nannies will make one replacement or a partial refund (see schedule below). If a suitable replacement nanny is not found or if the family wishes to terminate its agreement with Tri-State Nannies, a partial refund will be paid (see schedule below). If the nanny's termination occurs after the 3rd month of service and the family chooses another nanny through TSN, we will apply a pro-rated discount for the new referral fee (see schedule below).

Transportation Costs

The family is responsible for transporting the nanny or replacement nanny to and from their home.
