The Founders

The founders of Tri-State Nannies are Tom and Charlotte Schwartz of Norwalk, Connecticut. Tom and Charlotte are active in their religion and the community. They are also parents and grandparents.

	Tom is originally from Wausau, Wisconsin. He holds a Ph.D. from UCLA, an M.A. from BYU, and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, and has over 20 years experience as a recruiter, trainer, career counselor and Human Resources Executive, having most recently served as Senior Vice President for a London-based, multi-national corporation.
Charlotte, a former nanny herself, is originally from Twin Falls, Idaho. She holds an undergraduate degree from BYU and post-graduate training in elementary education and design from the University of Wisconsin and UCLA. She has over 20 years of corporate and not-for-profit leadership experience.
